ZIMjs/ml5/segement + /finger: game indexfinger: static circle (class+mask)

you need to show your indexfinger above static circle:
You see: selfie cam + only indexfinger dot dark blue (both same color)
(idea from zimjs.org/ml5/finger with indexfinger pointing different color)
red circle: counting down -1 and dissapears for 3 seconds
green circle: score counting up +1 and dissapears for 3 seconds
